Included in a walking tour
- Luggage transfers, because you will be hiking most days from hotel to hotel.
- Dinner on first day till breakfast on last day. Generally dinners are included and lunches are not included. Also not included all beverages at dinner.
- Maps (1:25 000) and written instructions (route directions) included.
- Assistance will be given on the spot when in trouble or when needed. All trips are self-guided; meant for independent walkers. Folder with all maps, written instructions, brochures at your first hotel.
5 options as to the choice of accommodation:

Level of the walks
- Expressed in length (km) and grades (1-8).
- Most of the walks in the Grands Causses should be classed grade 3 and 4, exceptionally 5.
- Poorly trained walkers can succeed grade 3 walks.
- Moderately trained walkers can succeed grade 5 and 6.
- Here holidaymakers walk average between 3 and 4 km per hour.
- Compass skills are not needed.

| level 5 | Middle high mountains/plateaus (up to 1000m), with some harder footpaths and longer ascents and descents |
| level 6 | High mountains (more than 1000m altitude), footpaths |
| level 7 | High mountains, lots of climbing, off the footpaths |
| level 8 | High mountains, difficult, dangerous climbing, off the footpaths |
Extreme weather conditions (heavy rain or high temperatures add 1 level).
Marks indicating right and wrong directions:
RATES
- All prices in EURO and for payment with credit cards.
- Basic rates are per person, double occupancy.
- Supplements for singles (extra costs of luggage transfer and of one-person rooms) kept at low levels.
- Discount from 3 persons.
- 'Number of days' equals number of nights plus day of leaving. (8-days means: first dinner on day 1; 7 nights and last breakfast on day 8; day 1 to 7 are effective walking days)
